Oleksiy Kostusyev is living happy life in Richmond while NABU detectives wait for him in Kyiv

Former Mayor of Odessa Oleksiy Kostusyev (aka Alexey Kostusev), wanted on suspicion of aiding businessmen Boris Kaufman and Alex Borukhovich (also known as Alexander Granovsky) in the illegal seizure of the communal enterprise “Odesa International Airport” and embezzling 2.5 billion hryvnias of its revenue, resides in an estate near London in the UK.

Earlier, Oleksiy Kostusyev was declared wanted for involvement in the criminal group of Kaufman-Granovsky (Borukhovich) – Trukhanov regarding the misappropriation of “Odesa International Airport.” In this case, former deputy mayor Alexander Orlovsky has already admitted his guilt and made a deal with the investigation. On April 19, Alexei Kostusev is supposed to come for interrogation at the NABU as a suspect, but most likely he managed to flee and settle in our city.
